Christmas Online Raffle
December 20, 2020, 2 pm
Dear friend of Forever Kids Kenya
Dear Jass Enthusiast
As you may have noticed, this year's event is cancelled due to COVID19. After last year's event was a great success and we received so much positive feedback, this hurts us twice as much.
The raffle, which took place at the Jassevent, was also a great success! Since we already have some prizes ready, we came up with the idea of an ONLINE -TOMBOLA.
How should this work?
For CHF 30.00 you not only support the children of our partner school "Milele Elimu Centre", but you also get a lottery number. With each number you have the chance to win great raffle prizes like an E-Scooter, NIKIN-Tree-Bottles or exciting vouchers.
By the way, this is very easy! Send an e-mail with the subject "Christmas raffle" and your complete contact details to foreverkidskenya@hotmail.com and tell us how much you would like to donate. You will receive your raffle number(s) by e-mail.
The draw will take place on the 4th of Advent, 20.12.2020 at 14.00 o'clock online via Facebook. This way you can see live if and which prize you have won. If you win, you will be contacted by us to clarify the handover.
If you would like to buy tickets in the name of a loved one, please let us know the full name of that person and your own name and we will send you a Christmas gift certificate by email.
All proceeds will go to our partner school "Milele Elimu Centre" in Mombasa. Because of Covid-19 the school is partly closed and excursions, events etc. are unfortunately not possible, we have been thinking for a long time what we can offer our students. The current situation has led us to continue to support our employees, children and their families with food, hygiene products, etc. with this Christmas campaign.
We thank you for the donation, with which you can bring a huge joy to the children in Mombasa and wish you and your family a wonderful pre-Christmas season.

Party Safari 6 at Werkk Baden
Saturday, October 6th 2018, 10pm - 4am
Hakuna matata! Supporters of the "problem-free philosophy" gather on 6 October in Werkk in Baden for the 6th edition of the Party Safari. From 10 p.m. onwards the greedy hyenas will let you pass by the Baden industrial cemetery for a ridiculously cheap 15 Swiss Francs.
Once you reached the Pride Lands there is no holding back. Dj Kimo, the Rafiki of the party trio, will be the one to welcome you. He will captivate you with a wise vinyl selection and his feeling for the right Party tunes, which will turn the place intofire.
When the last ray of sunlight disappears over the savannah, Erzwo, the king of the Baden DJ scene, will take over thesceptre. It is less a full mane that will convince you than his targeted paw strokes at keys and controls. From top of Pride Rock he will heat up the herd with bone-shaking Hip-Hop beats and snappy punch lines until even the last wildebeest will gallop over the parquet.
After a breather at the waterhole, the show will continue with DJane Mary Jane, the graceful mistress in the royal house. Her music taste will also satisfy exotic preferences of present meerkats, as her territory ranges from Hip-Hop over Breakbeats to Party Hits and Classics. I'd be laughing if the last animated warthog didn't make a fool of itself.
Three safari participants will be surprised with trophies from travel agency Globetrotter. All earnings will go to a slum school in Kenya. So there is no need to restrain oneself at the drinking trough. Take your fellows along - it's best to celebrate in a pack!
Party Safari 5 at Werkk Baden
Saturday, October 14th 2017, 10pm - 4am
For the 5th edition of our Party Safari we tracked down 5 magnificent animal species from the party jungle of Baden. The Party Safari on the 14th of October is going to take us once again through the thicket into the Werkk Baden. According to insider information the night guards are particularly corruptible from 10pm on and will let you pass through for an amount as little as CHF 15.
Right at the beginning of the night hike you will be attacked by the wildest rap crew north of Kilimandscharo. Erzwo, Süde & Criip – three beasts on the mic – hunt well in their pack and will let the rags fly with their biting punchlines.
After that the next big animal mounts up under the spot lights. DJ BIG hammers less against his wide chest but more massive party tunes out of the boxes.
The last test for proving ground comes in just before dusk. The meandering party tunes of DJane Mary Jane unfold their mesmerizing effects already after a brief boom and will keep night swarmers, tired of dancing, in the stranglehold of the boa partymore.
Three Safari participants will be showered with trophies from Globetrotter travel agency. The profit of this event will fully benefit our slum school in Kenya. So you have no reason to save on your drinks. And bring along your whole pack - because the best way of celebrating is with the pack!
Party Safari 3 at Werkk Baden
September 5, 2015
For the third time already, on Friday September 25, the trumpets ar being blown, because the Party Safari is "back in town"! This time we venture into an unexplored cultural area - the newly opened Werkk in Baden.
Tompaul, from the wide plains of the Limmat City, will be the object of desire among the femaile participants. The native singer/songwriter with the blond mane from Baden pierces through like an arrow under your skin with his lyrics. Afterwards, the local DJs Erzwo and Splitty will take the scepter into their hands. With hip hop, party tunes, break beats, funk, 70s and 80s they won't just animate the dancing bears among you to move your feet! For the main feeding time the legendary DJ duo The Jom and Terry Show will invite you to their cat-and-mouse-game. With the finest of Electro Swing the tamest cat will turn into a wild cat.
Party Safari at Merkker Club Baden
Saturday, June 14, 2014, 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Forever Kids Kenya is organizing its second charity party on Saturday June 14, 2014. We are guaranteeing you a special safari experience where you can spot graceful gazelles as well as monkey-like dance moves.
Frank Powers with band will open this year's party safari. The haunting chant of this talented singer/songwriter with Angolan roots goes straight to the heart and will penetrate the thickest skin of any pachyderm.
Afterwards real party animals will be feeded with real Hip Hop, Partytunes, Breakbeats, Funk, Pop, 70s and 80s delicacies. DJ Splitty, Erzwo, Hackl und Big are responsible for this biodiversity.
All animals (minimum 18 years old) are welcome except for those planing to behave like a bull in a China shop. Come around and bring your whole pride with you. Earnings from entrance fees and the bar are completely used to support a day school in an urban slum of Mombasa, Kenya. So there is no reason whatsoever to hold one's horses at the dew pond.

During the main feeding time, the legendary DJ duo The Jom and Terry Show invites you to a haunting cat-and-mouse game. Their finest electro swing tunes turn even the gentlest pet cat into a predator. The chase starts at 10 p.m. and will not end until 4 a.m. In the entrance fee of 10 Swiss francs a single stop at the pond is included. Come around and bring your whole pride with you! PROGRAM:
CHARLES NGUELA (Comedian)
Charles Nguela, born in Congo and raised in South Africa, moved to Switzerland in 2002. In 2014 he premiered his first stage programme "Schwarz-Schweiz" and was immediately awarded the Swiss Comedy Award 2014. Meanwhile, the whiz kid runs his own comedy club, where the "who's who" of the Swiss comedy scene joins in. During the Winter Olympics he defied the South Korean cold with his humour in front of the lens of SRF. Back in Switzerland, Charles Nguela reveals intimate secrets of the Swiss Confederation in the latest programme coup "Helvetia's Secret". Thigh beaters are guaranteed when the charming 28-year-old holds up a mirror to Swiss society.
ANGELICA MURITU (Singer)
The Kenyan, who grew up in Aargau, is an aspiring artist in the genres of soul, jazz and world music. The influence of her musical idols Aretha Franklin and Etta James is unmistakable. After guest appearances on albums by rapper Altega, she released her first solo album "Running for the Win" in May 2017. An album called "Growth" is to follow this year. Her enchanting appearance in the usVers-Bar will be remembered well by visitors to Badenfahrt and was a decisive factor for their award as the best bar of the Badenfahrt 2017.
ANJA JOIE & DANIEL MAINVIEL (acoustic tape)
With passion and expressive voice Anja Joie reinterprets selected songs and gives them an unmistakable touch. She has also performed with Swiss music greats such as Bastian Baker, Patrick Nuo, Ivo and Adrian Stern. Guerilla Knitting in Berikon
Saturday, April 19, 2014
They produced a colourful atmosphere during the long and grey Swiss winter – now the knitting pieces are being removed from the trees of Berikon village. Tomorrow’s closing ceremony of this guerrilla knitting initiative at „Berimärt“ in Berikon (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) is a unique opportunity to secure a colourful piece as a souvenir. At 3 p.m. the final tombola will take place in the presence of our president. Besides being “lady lucky”, Nadja will also present the activities of Forever Kids Kenya and will accept a generous donation by the organizers for our slum school in Kenya. We would like to thank the initiator Sylvia Huber as well as all involved parties for their generous support!
For more information about guerilla knitting in Berikon, please consult the following newspaper article (in German).
